02Research & Sourcing
We look into what is available for your product. Most categories exist at several quality levels with quite different prices, so this stage is about identifying which tier matches your budget and your customer — not simply finding the cheapest listing.
Where several options exist, we set out the differences so you can compare like with like: material, specification, minimum order quantity and packaging.
03Quotation
You receive the options we have found, with the applicable costs set out so you can evaluate the whole picture rather than the unit price alone.
A quotation covers the product cost at your quantity, the proposed shipping method and other applicable charges. It is specific to that shipment and that quantity.
iFinal product, shipping and other applicable costs depend on product type, quantity, supplier, shipping method and applicable requirements.
04Confirmation
Before anything proceeds, the specification, quantity, packaging and shipping method are all confirmed. This is the last low-cost point at which changes can be made — adjustments after production starts are slower and more expensive.
You stay in control of the decision at this stage. Nothing moves forward until you confirm.
05Shipping
The goods move by the agreed method. We work with logistics and shipping partners to arrange air or sea shipping appropriate to the product, quantity and requirements of that consignment.
- Air — usually for smaller, lighter or time-sensitive consignments
- Sea — usually for larger quantities and bulk wholesale cargo

06Bangladesh Delivery
The shipment is handed over at the agreed location in Bangladesh. Check the goods against the agreed specification before putting them into stock — it is worth doing properly, and it is the step most often skipped.
If you plan to reorder, keep a record of your landed cost per unit. Over a few orders that becomes the most useful number in your business.
