We work with logistics and shipping partners to arrange air or sea shipping for sourced products. The method is chosen based on what the product is, how much of it there is, where it is going and how soon it is needed — not on a fixed rule.
We do not publish guaranteed delivery times, guaranteed customs outcomes or fixed shipping rates. Freight rates, handling charges and regulatory requirements change, and a quote given for one shipment will not necessarily apply to the next. Anything we quote is specific to that consignment.
Transit time depends on the shipping method, the route, the product type and the requirements of the individual shipment. Because these vary, we do not publish fixed delivery times — timing is indicated per consignment and is not guaranteed.
