Sourcing looks complicated from the outside, but the sequence is fairly consistent regardless of the product.

Step 1 — The requirement

Everything starts with a clear requirement: what the product is, how many you need, what specification matters and what budget you are working with.

Step 2 — Research

Available options are identified and compared. This is where quality tiers, MOQs and packaging differences surface.

Step 3 — Quotation

A quotation brings together the product cost, the quantity, the proposed shipping method and other applicable charges so you can evaluate the whole picture rather than the unit price alone.

Step 4 — Confirmation

The specification, quantity, packaging and shipping method are confirmed before the order proceeds. This is the last low-cost point to make changes.

Step 5 — Shipping

The goods move by the agreed method — air or sea — depending on the product, quantity and requirements of that shipment.

Step 6 — Receiving in Bangladesh

The shipment is handed over and you check the goods against the agreed specification before putting them into stock.
